We just received the much anticipated H&K Epidemic OTF auto. Just from looking at the picture it's easy to see why so many have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of this hot new knife. The new Epidemic features striking looks and legendary Benchmade quality. The blade is a spear point 3.44" work of beauty featuring D2 tool steel. The handle is all aluminum with a black mil-spec hard anodize coating. If you are wanting one of these new arrivals, and who isn't, you better act fast. This first shipment won't last long.

Epidemic OTF Knife March 26, 2013

The Epidemic is a great addition to my auto collection. The blade comes shaving sharp and has very small amount of "wiggle" when extended. A little wiggle is expected in OTF knives so that didn't bother me. The handle looks and design are spot on and look perfectly at home in the tactical HK family. I especially love the red firing button, it really sets it off. Even though this knife is in the H&K line, it is made my Benchmade which means you are getting a top quality American made knife. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and I look forward to more in the future. USA knife shop had a great price and I received my order in 3 days. Not bad!

The order process was very good and the product is excellent.  After ordering, I received nothing about the order until several days later when it was finally shipped.  It would have been nice to know the approximate shipping date at the time of order.   = Arne King
