Items purchased from USA Knife Shop may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. Please be aware that item packaging must be in new condition as well. Used items can not be returned. Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back. Returns without a valid RMA number will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, no exceptions. To obtain an RMA number, please call toll free at 1-888-405-6952. All refunds for returned items with be minus a $6 shipping fee.
